TRAVEL LEVEL LEAGUES:

OPEN TO TEAMS U8 - HIGH SCHOOL BOYS AND GIRLS LEAGUES. OPEN TO GROUPS WITH FULL TEAM ONLY.

All leagues run eight weeks. Each team is guaranteed six regular season games for winter 1 and seven regular season for winter 2 plus playoffs (1 – 3 games per team for playoffs) at the end of the regular season for winter 1 and 2. Playoffs for each league will be played on one night with shorten games and a one game elimination. T-shirts or medals will be given to each individual league champion.

Number of players: All leagues play seven vs. seven (six field players plus GKs).

INTRAMURAL/IN-TOWN LEAGUES:

OPEN TO BOYS AND GIRLS, KINDERGARTNERS, 1ST, AND 2ND GRADES.

Leagues are designed for boys and girls Kindergartners, 1st, or 2nd graders that are interested in continuing to play organized soccer through the winter. All leagues run eight weeks. Each team is guaranteed six regular season games for winter 1 and seven regular season games for winter 2 plus playoffs (1 – 3 games) at the end of the regular season for winter 1 and 2. The league is open only to full teams (minimum of 8 players). If your team is short a player or two, please let Ultimate Soccer know. There are leagues for both girls and boys. All intramural games for boys and girls will be played on Thursday and Friday evenings.

Number of players: Teams play six vs. six (5 field players plus GKs). There is unlimited subbing on the fly with fully boarded fields that are 36 yards x 30 yards.

INDOOR FUTSAL FIVE-A-SIDE LEAGUE:

OPEN TO TEAMS U11 – U18, INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL BOYS AND GIRLS.

The origin of Futsal® (Five-a-Side Soccer) can be traced back to Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1930 when Juan Carlos Ceriani devised a five-a-side version of soccer for youth competion in YMCAs. The game is played on basketball-sized fields, both indoors and out without the use of sidewalls.

Ultimate Soccer Futsal will be open to teams from U11 – High School Boys and Girls. This form of futsal will place a greater premium on ball control and close ball skills using all sides of the foot. A smaller indoor field with lines and NO boards puts players constantly under pressure from other players and out-of-play boundaries. Players most learn to settle the the ball rapidly, chop sharply, shield effectively, while using all the surfaces of the foot to pass and move into space.

All Ultimate Soccer Futsal leagues will be played as a five vs. five format with continious subbing. The leagues will be guaranteed six regular season games, plus playoffs (1 – 3 games) for each team.

What are needed to play: Registration fee, (1) Ultimate Soccer Roster (1 per team) and Medical Waivers (one per player). The roster and waiver can be downloaded from website home page.
